Morning! Quick pulse on Iron Harbor: 412 active members, but 4 regulars have gone quiet (3+ weeks no visit), 2 trial passes are hot, and 3 payments failed this week ($412). Pick a task below — I'll draft the outreach and nothing sends until you approve it.

Today's to-do

The assistant builds this every morning from what actually needs doing. Tasks tied to outreach check themselves off when you approve the drafts.

Approvals outbox

Everything the assistant drafts lands here. You approve, edit, or discard — it never texts a member on its own.
