Dynara Digital — Custom ecommerce automation & ad integration software
Last updated: June 2026
Dynara Digital (formerly operating as Vertex Consulting LLC) provides custom software development services focused on ecommerce automation and digital advertising integration. Our services include, but are not limited to: Meta and TikTok pixel installation and configuration, checkout flow optimization software, ad account automation tools, product page tracking, and full-stack integration builds for ecommerce stores.
By engaging our services or making a payment through a Dynara Digital payment link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
All services are scoped on a per-client basis. After an enquiry is received, we confirm the scope of work and any applicable add-ons, then send a Stripe payment link to your email containing a full price breakdown. Payment is collected before work begins. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation.
Our services are delivered digitally — software tools are integrated directly into your store and/or ad accounts by our team. There are no physical goods shipped.
Our base software tools start from $300 (one-time purchase). Optional add-ons — including product page tracking (+$15 per product), hands-on integration service (+$100), and custom full-stack builds (variable, scoped per project) — are clearly itemised in your payment link before any charge is made.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Statement descriptor: Payments to Dynara Digital will appear on your bank statement as DYNARA DIGITAL. During our business name transition from Vertex Consulting LLC, some earlier charges may have appeared under VERTEX CONSULTING. Both descriptors refer to the same business and team.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software we build for your specific store and ad accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence our software to third parties. The underlying frameworks and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Dynara Digital.
To carry out integration work, we may require temporary access to your ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce) and/or your ad account (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager). You are responsible for providing this access in a timely manner. Delays caused by late access may affect delivery timelines.
Dynara Digital's software integrations are provided in good faith based on your existing store and ad account setup. We do not guarantee specific increases in revenue, ROAS, or ad performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad spend, creative quality, product market fit, and platform algorithm changes. You assume responsibility for how our tools are used within your business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

Because our services are custom-built software integrations scoped and agreed with each client individually, our refund policy reflects the nature of bespoke development work. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
Before work begins: If you have paid but wish to cancel before we have commenced your integration, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on any preparatory work already undertaken.
Once integration work has commenced — including any configuration, pixel setup, or code changes to your store or ad accounts — the payment covers work already performed. Refunds at this stage are considered at our discretion based on the circumstances, the volume of work completed, and whether the issue is attributable to an error on our part.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work, or if a software integration we built contains an error that prevents it from functioning as described, we will first work to correct the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund will be issued.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly by speaking with our team. You can reach us by phone at (508) 367-3037 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET).
